By downloading or using MemoBloom, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MemoBloom is a privacy-first memory app developed by MinAsh. It allows you to create searchable, AI-narrated memories from your photos — entirely on your device. No data ever leaves your phone.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoBloom. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
MinAsh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MemoBloom on your personal device, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
You retain full ownership of all photos, notes, and memories you create in MemoBloom. Since all content is stored locally on your device, MinAsh has no access to it and makes no claim over it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the photos you select — for example, that you are not infringing another person's copyright or privacy rights.
MemoBloom offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply:
Founding offer: Subscribers who join during the founding member period lock in their offer price for as long as they remain continuously subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe, the then-current price applies.
The free tier of MemoBloom allows up to 10 memories. Once this limit is reached, you will need to upgrade to Pro or delete existing memories to create new ones.
MemoBloom uses on-device AI models to generate photo descriptions and memory narratives. These models run entirely on your device. As on-device AI technology evolves, MemoBloom may update the models automatically in the background to improve quality.
AI-generated stories are created automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. They are intended as creative, personal narratives rather than factual records.
MemoBloom, its logo, design, and all software are the property of MinAsh and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
MemoBloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MinAsh does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device, including memories, photos, or settings, resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or operating system updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MinAsh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MemoBloom, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
MinAsh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MemoBloom at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MemoBloom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
