MemoBloom is built on a simple promise: your photos, stories, and memories never leave your device. All AI runs entirely on-device. We collect no personal data. No account is required.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of the following:
No account is required to use MemoBloom. We have no servers that store your content.
All AI features in MemoBloom — including photo understanding, story generation, and semantic search — run entirely on your device using open-weight AI models.
Your photos are processed locally and never sent to any server, including ours. The AI models are downloaded once to your device and operate fully offline thereafter.
MemoBloom stores the following data locally on your device only:
All of this data remains on your device and is subject to your device's own backup and security settings (iCloud on iOS, Google Auto Backup on Android). You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling MemoBloom.
On first launch, MemoBloom downloads AI model files from our content delivery network hosted on Cloudflare. This download is a standard HTTPS file transfer — no personal data or device identifiers are included in the request. After download, the models operate entirely offline.
MemoBloom offers optional Pro subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google — we never see or store your payment details.
Subscription management is powered by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes the minimum data necessary to validate your subscription status (such as a device-specific anonymous identifier). No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat.

MemoBloom may send you local notifications (for example, a daily "On This Day" reminder). These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device — no notification server is involved. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
MemoBloom is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no personal data from any user, no special handling is required.

MemoBloom's on-device AI features are powered by open-weight AI models licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These models run entirely on your device and are not modified from their original published weights. The Apache 2.0 licence permits commercial use, redistribution, and bundling in applications. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. All your data lives on your own device and is entirely within your control.
To delete all MemoBloom data, simply uninstall the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of MemoBloom after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
